We’re open year around, right off Exit 44 of the Garden State Parkway, just minutes from Atlantic City and Long Beach Island, and close to the Forsythe Bird Sanctuary, several wedding venues, and golf courses. Quality new homes in a natural wooded setting with minimal maintenance, up to 1,000 sq. ft. and offered in five different models. There are no property or real-estate taxes — other than the purchase of the home and your utilities, the only fee is the annual association fee, which includes water, sewer, trash, upkeep of common areas and use of the club house on the lake. All models start out at roughly $150,000, nicely loaded with structural and decorative upgrades; association fees are roughly $4,000 per year and can be more for waterfront or view properties.
